Herzog Wine Cellars produces an assortment of Kosher wine's using select grapes from around California. This facility processes the raw grapes, including fermentation, oak barrel aging and bottling. A self guided tour, wine tasting room and restaurant Tierra Sur are open to the public. Reservations are recommended for the restaurant.
Guided Tours: M-Th 3:30-4:30pm, Sundays by appt.
