The view down one hall Borrowing privileges at CSUCI's John Spoor Broome Library are extended to students, faculty, and staff of California State University Channel Islands. Being a Cal State, California residents should also have access to materials housed at this library.

The 137,000 square foot building was constructed mainly out of concrete and glass at a cost of $56 million. The building also houses the University Writing Center, Learning Resource Center, Information Technology, and Disability Resource Programs.
